Is this article meant to be satire?

It pops up with “Anti-imperialist journalism challenging the Canadian empire” which is hilarious.

Then it cites RT in an article trying to argue against the need for being wary of foreign influence. Also citing RT when claiming to be anti-imperialist haha.

Also it’s a squarespace thing so not a site actually hosted in Canada.
