It’s so sad that the Green Party was pro-nuclear 15-20 years ago. It was all responsible management of resources we’d still harvest and sell, green energy (hydro and nukes, back then) and no more crutches for oil.

Then their fundies got at it. Nuclear is evil, sell no resources, and … oddly a cricket song when talking about Oil crutches, it seems.
