You mean… Like thin layers of potato mash and mince, instead of pasta and mince? Or you mean like a mince between two thick layers of pasta sheets?
I’m not sure, I just feel like I am craving the baby of those two, whatever form that takes
I think it would be cheese on top of pasta sheet layered with mashed potato so creamy it’s practically a sauce, on top of ground meat/ mince mixed with tomato & vegetable sauce.
Pomme purée would do well there
Pastisio? Moussaka?
I literally came here to say Moussaka. Had a really nice one last night. Was spiced with cinnamon, which I’ve never had one like that before.
