That’s what has always bothered me about all the discussions about vape bans. Vape is the single best smoking cessation method that has ever existed. It has a quit rate of almost 70%, whereas the next closest method is right around 3%. But then politicians want to keep cigarettes legal, and ban vape. Dafuq? They say “because kids are getting it!”. Well that’s against the law. Right? And it’s your job to ensure laws are enforced. Right? So how about you do your fucking job instead of stripping more liberties from adults who should be able to decide what they choose to use, or ignore.
And what about raising fines or jail time for people selling to minors? Or simply enforcing these laws might be a start.
