The Ford government has also made changes to allow education students to work as supply teachers before finishing their training.
I wonder who gets walked all over by students more, the retired teacher subbing in as a supply teacher, or a supply teacher that’s barely older than the high schoolers in their classroom. 🤣
This is one of those articles that raises more questions than it answers.
What do education experts say about the plans?
Why is the government doing this?
What research has the government done to show this will work?
What metrics are the government using to track success or failure?
How does Ontario’s education system compare to similar jurisdictions?
What changes should students expect in each grade?
What research has the government done to show this will work?
lol
Exactly this.
If journalists don’t bother asking the question, then it’s hard for the public to see that the emperor isn’t wearing anything.
Poor Ontario is about be taught cursive writing again, and in the year 2023 too, where cursive writing has never been less relevant.
Dougie probably has a “friend” selling the only cursive writing curriculum still in existence.
