Maybe the press shouldn’t have propped him up the last several years by pretending his insanity was worth discussing the merit of, while simultaneously shitting in everything Biden tries to do to clean up this shitbag’s messes.

Having trouble seeling sympathy for what they brought in themselves. They knew what he was

So let me get this straight: past, current and future lawsuits are cancelled, or on indefinite hold because of „political interference“ and „presidential immunity“ but he can sue whoever the fuck he wants? Make it make sense, America.

He can’t be punished because of the “implications” but he is free to punish whoever he likes because fuck you.

You just did. The sense is in the name. “America - where nothing makes sense.”

If a fruitless lawsuit is “chilling” to them, wait until he sends in the military to attack anyone who criticizes him.

I mean this is just very obviously a waste of time. I honestly hopes this shit draws his focus for the next 4 years because tilting at this windmill will give him less time to do actually dangerous shit.

Can’t someone at this point charge him with Barratry – abuse of the legal system? Bar his fat arse from filing any more suits for at least his term of office this time around.

Ah, who am I kidding, the US legal system has no teeth (for some), it’s all reliant on ‘customs’ and ‘norms’ at its base, as we have seen recently.

        It’s both.

He’s definitely not smart enough to understand that a “wrong” prediction about a probabilistic outcome isn’t a failure.

Crude, black and white thinking is characteristic of the right wing. That’s why they can never understand that a vaccine can still be worth it even if some people still get sick.

So how was this professional Pollster so far off? Claimed Harris win by 3 points and instead Trump won by 13 points. That’s a 16 point swing right there. Days before an election. Honestly, I’d think that was a bit sus from an objective professional pollster too. Now would I then spend time suing her? Prolly not- not unless I thought it was done intentionally, in which case she cast the first stone.

Ah yes. The best kind of election interference posting the results of your poll. Maybe Harris should sue too since it was so far off and gave her false hope. Hell better idea lets toss the pollster into jail for fucking up so bad. In fact any poll that was wrong straight to jail. Off by more than your margin of error? Straight to jail. Post a poll the God Emperor hates? Believe it or not straight to jail

I’m simply talking about fairness. If you had a specific example in regards to Harris I could take that statement serious. No one is claiming throwing anyone in jail. I think that by not taking this seriously and instead creating extreme hypothetical cases your not only not going to be taken seriously- but actually do the cause a disservice. By not honestly engaging and instead being absurd -you’re proving you have no argument and instead would just like to throw ad hominem around to avoid actual constructive conversation. Which is how we deal and figure out how we got here in the first place IMO. Best of luck
