I’m trying to set up DC++ but it only works on my friend’s router. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff. Is there a lemmy, discord, subreddit, any forum or community that would be able to help me troubleshoot?

i think there may be more windows users on other sites. if you tried stackexchange reddit… then you might consult irc or matrix. if its network problem, then collect some useful info with wireshark. contact the dev’s site.
On Matrix (as suggested already) there is a room called “Redecentralize” with some competent people imho.

There seem to be not one, but several piracy rooms on matrix.org. Maybe OP could try one of them?
