    1,3,10,8,9, in the order I read them.

    Why limit myself to one maladjusted coping mechanism when I can have several! One for each weekday and wildcard weekend!!

      Nah, I wouldn’t call silly hair unhealthy. It’s more when you drain your bank account and shock your coworkers by changing the color every 2 months… all about the compulsive quality of it, at least for me.

    For me, it’s isolation and online shopping. If I notice myself isolating and buying shit I don’t need, I know something is happening, and I need to pay attention.

      It’s not changing the hair color per se. It’s changing it in a way you normally wouldn’t had you not been manic.
