      I think it’s probably related to the exploding-heads being defederated stuff. Basing that mostly because one of the attacks on lemmy.world caused it to refederate with EH until the admins put it right again.

    I heard it was fun Speziland but it never worked right due to top down mismanagement.

    .world is down? I love being from another small instance, I felt absolutely no slow down and can interact with .world no problem.

      I think only people on your instance would see your comments and posts since if lemmy.world is down, any previously federated content will remain cached

      Lemmy.world was back up and running fairly quickly but lemmy.ml took longer to return
