ReddPlanet dev came to the same decision. Gutted tbh. After more than 13 years I’m done for good with that place. Shoutout to all the 3rd party devs. You deserve better, and I hope you find success with any new project you might launch in the future.
No butterfly disney villains this time around.
Also, if I equip a staff that gives an INT boost, shouldn’t the damage I deal go up?
Int raises All Res in D4. You can see what each stat does by hovering over it.
A lot of your combat pain points are solvable with gear in endgame (effects still won’t be flashy tho). Pretty sure D2 early game consisted of chugging mana potions non-stop until you got the Tal Sth rune word for your helmet. Which really isn’t all that different from spamming Basic attacks until you get aspects and talents/skill in D4.
Honestly it sounds like you just wanted Diablo 2 (2023). Nothing wrong with that of course but I don’t quite understand why you wouldn’t play PoE then. That game strikes a good balance between modern and old school while also upholding the more hardcore nature of D2.
Yep, noticed the same.
When I created [email protected] I was under the impression that the full title would only show up on a community’s page*, with “arpg” being the short handle used on feeds and listings. Instead…
That’s on mobile. You should probably post this to github, I’ve tried searching for an open ticket about it but I’m too dumb to navigate that site lol.
*edit:
The ? tooltip while editing a community suggests that this is exactly how it should work.
Worth mentioning that mlem is in a very early stage of development. Expect daily testflight updates and missing features. I like it so far though! [email protected]
I had to unsubscribe from r/news when stories of shootings started to pop up daily. Not saying that this shouldn’t be posted here, just highlighting how depressing the news coming out of the US have become. Every day the same story, the same statements, the same news cycles, the same comments and no end in sight.
Hope the injured victims survive and the US finally finds a common ground again. They need it desperately.
Agreed. I always felt like I had to add five different disclaimers to my comments to avoid bad faith arguments and angry responses. Wasn’t a fun experience at all and often lead to me just deleting comments.
It should show up if you type it into your search bar like this [email protected]
If that doesn’t work try copypasting lemmy.one/c/[email protected] in your adress bar. That’s how I subscribe to global communities from my own instance since the search can be slow at times.
Sims patch notes are always a trip:
Sims can no longer “Try for Baby” with the Grim Reaper.
Sims who are on fire will no longer be forced to attend graduation before they can put themselves out.
Kleptomaniac Sims can no longer steal Subway stations from lots.
Fixed a tuning issue so that Sims now vomit at acceptable levels.
Soo, stupid question maybe but how does federation work with your own instance?
I’ve set up a solo instance using ansible and subscribed to [email protected]. If I wanted my ALL page populated with posts from other lemmy.ml communities, would I have to subscribe to each individually? Or does my instance fetch lemmy.ml’s Local eventually?
I’ve confirmed that federation is working using the method described in lemmy’s docs and lemmy.ml (+ a few other instances) is listed under “Allowed instances” in my admin panel.
Die mobile Website. Klick in Safari auf Share > Add To Homescreen dann verschwindet die Adressleiste und du merkst kaum einen Unterschied zu einer nativen App. Früher oder später wird dann auch mlem ausgereift genug sein 👍🏻
