I understand why we got rid of rental restrictions in bc, but we should allow restricting rentals of less than 1 month terms in certain zoning.
No body wants to live in an apartment building with strangers coming and going every other day and being disrespectful because they view it as a vacation party pad not a home.

We could have found the reasonable middle-ground as soon as AirBNB came onto the scene.

Calling them “ghost hotels” makes it sound more like hotels that attract business by claiming to be haunted, and not just a hidden hotel because it’s an apartment or home used exclusively for AirBnB.
