@geneva_convenience.ml banned me from world news for disagreeing with a post cheering for Iran’s strikes against Israel and called me a centerist for saying both regimes are pretty fucking evil. They also deleted all my references to the fact that the Iranian regime regularly and recently have executed people for the “sin” of being gay. Fucking disgraceful abuse of power. Prick.

That’s… What? I want to ask so many questions, but I know none of them could ever be answered.

So many of these dictators want men to not be gay, but then they go around taking all the most beautif women for their personal harem.

It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so damaging

I have seen them, completely unironically, try to use a US State department link as evidence that the Uyghur genocide wasn’t happening (Even though only it’s title made it seem like that, if they had actually read it it concluded that it just wasn’t the “kill everyone” kind of genocide, but the “kill their culture” kind)

It’s funny because I’ve specifically gotten multiple removal reasons from Hexbear after saying something like. “I’d prefer to live in neither authoritarian China or the US”

and I’ll get a removal reason like: “False. What credible sources have said the people’s republic is authoritarian? US State Department doesn’t count”.

Which strikes me as super weird cuz I never mentioned the state department myself.

Glad I’m on an instance without Hexbear, at this point.

        Oh, so genocide.

Yeah, I have seen the same person both argue that the re-education to force Uyghurs into chinese culture is not genocide, but the native american resident school system was.
