The only thing that stops a bad guy with a lawyer is a good guy with a lawyer.
A lot of times when cops show up it’s hard to tell who the good guys and bad guys are though when they all have lawyers.
That’s why they sometimes get nervous and accidentally sue innocent bystanders or anyone questioning their attorney.
Wish the AMA would get their shit together and do the same

I’m no lawyer and not familiar with the certification structure, but wouldn’t any American lawyer be subject to the Bar taking their license? Usually I’d say this is a conflict of interest but in this case seems like a good way to identify Nazis with legal licenses and tell them to fuck off to fox to beg for a talking head deal.
From the wiki page on the American Bar Association, they seem to mostly be involved in setting academic and ethical standards and don’t actually grant or revoke licences.
