That’s sad. It’s their first ECF in years. But I suspect the GM is also on the brink. He traded 5 1st round picks for Bridges and that move might have handicapped them.
Thibs is a weird coach. He can get so much from his teams sometimes, but other times he just ruins the offense and grinds his guys down. Not terribly surprised to see him go. Knicks probably tap Malone for a replacement.

Good way to put it and never thought of it this way before. Sam Mitchell is another good example of a floor raiser.
