He maligned my mom because he’s ignorant of the Birtherism thing. Its… fine. I like that kind of optimism actually. It gives me hope for the next generation.

2016 was a long time ago. Its good to see these issues being forgotten. Lets not go back there, vote Kamala. We’re not going back.

It’s cool to love and defend your mom, friend. Sorry I wandered into this one. I love my mom and respect her, actually we agree on politics and such, but I do not enjoy her company. Familial piety and all that.

It sounds like your mom’s an idiot

I don’t need to defend my mom against internet strangers, but I assure you she’s not dumb. She’s not even the most brainwashed within my family with regards to Republican talking points. She’s one of the more reasonable ones.

Are you seriously so fucking ignorant of America that you don’t know of how a Obama-birther thinks? Holy shit man. Are you young? Please tell me you’re some kind of Zoomer or something who is new to this politics thing.

At least my generation is mostly about us talking about Birthers / Q / Boogaloos / Manosphere bullshitters in our families (even otherwise reasonable people who have drunk the Kool-Aid), and suddenly I come across someone who is somehow completely ignorant of what is at play or what is at stake here. I almost envy your naivete.
