Hot take: subwoofer in bad apartments should be illegal. At least concrete might absorb the bass better. I lived in a building with this rule once.

Yeah live your graveyard life like they live their sunshine life. Subwoofer on the shared wall/floor wake them up on the hour every hour throughout the night on your day off.
Ear plugs and soft pads under the bed feet (to help with vibration). It’s not gonna solve the problem 100% but in my experience I can sleep virtually anywhere with earplugs (provided my sleeping position is stable).
You’re gonna need a brick and a sharpie.
