Not sure they have much of a leg to stand on there. They completely copied Warhammer 40k.
Starcraft was supposed to be a 40k game if I recall correctly
Microsoft might not be litigious about this right now as they work though the merger. They barely got it through the various nations as is.

Yeah wow, as someone who played SC2 the UI feels so familiar in a way I can’t describe well. The blocky healthbar and the position of the UI elements is one of those.
