Being called a lemming is as much of a slur and quite related. group-think is not admirable. Individuals who create new things, art, concepts, services are not lemmings, not engaged in group think or follow the leader. They get their names and stories in encyclopedias and are known for centuries. Group-thinkers/lemmings only do if, in masses, they destroy things.
