Actual rate of pay has been over $20/hr as some tasks pay more. I’ve received deposits according to the schedule they’ve laid out without any issues. $20/hr or more. Seems to me that as long as you can type a complete English sentence and show some amount of discernment that you’d be able to do the job. There was a short test prior to being hired that seemed to focus on creativity.
