    Garland at #8? Ahead of JJ, Maxey, Scottie, etc? What are they smoking down in ESPN? Scottie is under-rated here. He’s a legit 2-way player unlike most of the list guarding from 1-5, and his production on the offensive end is on par with most of the top 15 on the list here. Who else is guarding 1-5, distributing, rebounding, and scoring at all 3 levels and averaging a double-double (21.5ppg and 10.8 RPG) on this list? NONE.
