Many providers offer fluctuating pricing, which closely matches the spot price to incentivise off peak use. Whilst not a 100% match to production, it is somewhat closer.
Spot prices would not be manageable for most private users.
Spain is the ultimate example of why perks should vote left. Consistently being very based and dismissive of all the shit the big capitalists push.
