My friend has a webcam set up in his apartment. It covers the front door and the kitchen.
I thought he used it for security but he says he just used it to check the stove and oven are off whenever he’s out and gets anxious that they might be on.

Take a photo as you leave the house, then whenever you get anxious you can always check the photo and be sure.
I think this would just nurture that particular type of anxiety.
But how can you be sure the last picture you took isnt lying? Youll have to go back to the house to verify.
