      The actual problem is that systemd is too good, so developers are favoring it over other init systems, which causes a feedback loop that constricts support for those other init systems.

      sd-dbus. It confused some develipers so they accidentaly made systemd their dependency.

      I was only joking, though I guess Lemmys need the /s to understand.

      Don’t have anything against systemd—as goes with anything—use whatever suits your needs.
