Is there and alternative on windows that works like Thunderbird for linux and K-9 Mail for android ?

Github doesnt mean open source, as open source doesn’t mean on github.
Lots of open source stuff not on github
Also a load of closed source stuff is on github.
Github or the variations like it just make it easy to look at code when publicly available.
