Sounds like nobody thought it was premeditated though; supposedly the guy was already known to the police and has a history with mental health issues.
Correct: why did he have access to an expensive car? Why wasn’t he in care? Why didn’t he break at the first hit, etc. etc.?
11 people killed, more injured. It was def. meditated after the second hit.
By the time future hits happen it could change to a in the heat of the moment situation. I wouldn’t say the future hits change things, it would all come down to the 1st one.
