Oh I tried something like that once. Mushroom infused gin isn’t my cup of tea. Though I’m not a good enough expert to make a proper cocktail with a gin like that.
I swear by Ungava Gin personally. Amazing stuff. It’s from Cowansville, Quebec.
I sip this on ice with a shot of lime. It’s worthy of that if you have an affinity for gin.

I was introduced to this gin on a trip to Canada years ago. I still have a bit left. I wish I could find it in the USA.
I enjoy Ungava for not breaking the bank.
St Laurent’s my go-to.
