OTTAWA — Privacy commissioner Philippe Dufresne says he will investigate whether social media platform X is respecting the law on the use of Canadians' personal information.
Hopefully elected officials, the Canadian government uses it. I also know the Saskatchewan government uses it, only because tweets get shared here or maybe it was on Reddit while I still used it.
Hopefully this is the second in a chain reaction.
First the Supreme court says they are moving away from X, now privacy commissioner is looking at them.
Whose gonna be 3rd? Will this be a trend?
