      The wall is there to ride on. He just hit it with his body instead of his bike.

    I hate to be this guy but the body imprint on the wall was obviously purposely added. You can see how they wiped away the snow

      They didn’t drive into the wall, it’s a mountain biking thing where they ride the wall itself, but since it’s snowed they slipped and fell fown

      Mountain biking track. The guy rode up on the wall, splat into the snow, then slid down to their current position, leaving a human-shaped outline on the snowy wall

          yeah it’s been set up to look that way. although i do love the idea that the outline looks like that because he *splat*ed against the wall and bounced clean off.
