Hell yes. Either schools or dense housing with retail, whatever is better than a mall infested with surface parking.
I used to visit when the library was there. I tried the VR place more recently. It’s in an ideal location but I don’t understand what the appeal is.
That said, I believe it is the single family homes a few blocks away that should be replaced long before this needs to be touched.
