I get what you mean but it’s all subjective though, ain’t it? You can have some really good looking food, yet there’s no guarantee it’ll actually taste amazing. I’ve been disappointed at more than one Michelin-starred restaurant.

Sometimes you just wanna have some comfort food, and when you see a pic like OP’s, you know it’s going to hit the spot.

That’s not to say that there isn’t a load of dogshit-looking food posted though. I’ve seen plenty of shit that belongs in the bin.

Lol, it’s kind of nice to see normal people food. I guess “food porn” would have you think of some sort of higher quality stuff… but it makes me more likely to post when I don’t see professionals here.

Totally agree. Someone posted some grey meat and potatoes on a plate with a bowl of soupy weird tomatoes and people seemed to think that was pretty awesome. Looked kind of sad and depressing to me.

It was! It is our second try but the crust was crunchy yet soft and the pepperoni kept soft!

Also Not greasy at all!
