I have my doubts it will matter. Obama got a nobel peace prize while being a war monger. Poor Joe, might not get a nobel prize because of the genocide. Damn, sucks to be him.

I believe he ruined any such claim with his work on criminal justice legislation long before he endorsed genocide of a captive population.
Reality is more complicated than that. The crime bill and the war on drugs at the time had significant support in the black community, including political and religious leaders.
…that has no bearing on the fact that they’re both bad policy as measured by their impact on this country.
His legacy will be being known as Genocide Joe
