    Answer to any headline that asks a question: no.

    Canadian law is so far behind that the federal government thinks a banning a toy is going to stop car theft and that IPs are as private as an SSN.

    Law should be permissive of the employee and restrictive of the employer by default. By nature the employer has the resources to come up with new, unregulated, ways to exploit people faster than the employee.
