If they’re being forced to sign a voluntary agreement, then it’s not voluntary anymore. There is literally no difference in just making it a law at this point
So it’s taken them a 1.5 years to acknowledge it was a issue, then a year of figuring out what to do, now we’re 6 months into them pestering the grocers.
Next thing you know it’s election time again and if you really want something to happen you’ll need to vote for them.
I am personally sick of this weak, “We’re going to count to three and then send you to your room!” bullshit. Just legislate them.
