I tried to rethink this point really hard. Audacity is an offline music editing software with no NSFW material, and there was supposed to exist no telemetry in there.
Why is it a PG-13 software? Why is this company, albeit as a side consequence, hellbent on not letting children (or basically anyone) letting use it freely for their hobbies?
They don’t provide an online service as that. Seems more an excuse to prevent people from discussing.

I think they don’t know this app is used in schools in Spain and early high school too.
I am most curious about how can a music editing software program be classified as PG-13.

Legal requirement. Makes ne sad because many schooling IT staff don’t have the time or insight to seek out alternatives or audacity forks.
I was trying to be partially ironic putting that as example.

Yes, to be exact, is exactly that and I didn’t even think in that part more then deleting the right directly.
I think this could be taken legally because it is agaisnt the license.
