Trying to connect to Lemmy.ca from Mexico, since about yesterday, I’m getting a connection refused. I have to VPN to Canada to use the site.

Is this normal behaviour?

Very odd, I’m using a Telcel SIM card, and other CloudFlare sites work fine.
