I saw a video of someone who had a full ATS simulator rig in the passenger seat of his actual big rig. It showed him stopping his actual delivery for the day, getting over and booting up the virtual trucking 🤣

I go back and re-read the older comics a lot. Every once and a while I’ll say fuck it and do a full re-read, but that gets harder every day lol. I have attachments to so many of the characters, I’ve been reading it since freshman year in high school - but even then, that was like 7 years into the comic lmao

I have yet to try shrooms or weed but my fiancée and I are very interested in trying out shrooms eventually!

2021 had the OU/Texas move to the SEC announced, 2022 had the USC/UCLA move to the Big 10 announced, seems fitting we see more realignment happen around this time now.

Yeah I think this is going to be the event that finally causes a critical mass exodus. I mean, digg tried to keep going after the migration to reddit, but it was never the same again. Reddit is dead, it’s only a matter of time until it’s a called.

I’ve seen some discussion that there may be a way to spoof the reddit API and basically plug existing third party reddit apps into Lemmy instead!

There is an energy here that I haven’t really felt from reddit as a whole in years…

Certain (smaller) subs could still get that same feeling sometimes, but so far I am very much enjoying lemmy. Yeah there’s a bit of a learning curve to figuring things out but I think people will catch on fast!
