Not me, but close family members used to play Super Smash Bros a lot. They then went to uni and nobody in the entire student housing could beat them. I was pretty decent at Mario Kart 64 finishing every track #1 in the highest difficulty. But recently I tried it and sucked hard as I hadn’t held a controller in more than a decade. Of course my curiosity had to be satiated and I tried the new Mario Kart on whatever console it was released on (Switch II?) - sucked even harder than on the N64.

My glory days of console gaming are long gone. It’s all casual gaming nowadays on my HD toaster.
