Depends on what you need for your feet. If you need a ton of arch support, certain running shoes like Stability or Guidance Saucony, Brooks, ASICS, or even New Balance could work. Otherwise, you might have luck with superfeet or spenco inserts.

If you don’t need a lot of arch support, neutral running shoes could work. Certain work shoes do come in low cut and soft toe versions, that look more like casual shoes.
