Hasn’t there been some research that hot weather makes people more aggressive? I wonder if that would translate to making them more likely to go through calling 911
There was an article not too long ago about an increase in accidental 911 calls due to increase in smart phone usage and wearable smart watches which can also accidentally call 911.
