The companies behind the over-the-counter product Cold-FX are being hit with a class-action lawsuit that claims they misled with advertising statements about its effectiveness.

I took this stuff everyday for like 3 years, until it was shown to be ineffective. They definetely had misleading marketing, and misrepresented the product.

Hopefully it bankrupts them.
