Describe the issue: Sorry, I’ve found another preview link which is tagged incorrectly. This one is showing as a Lemmy post but actually it’s a Cara post.

I’ll edit the post so the user link is in it too.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://feddit.uk/post/42017771
2. Observe the preview link for the source says “Lemmy Post”
