I need to get thru the next week, technically have as many calories available as I need but I need to find a way to power thru it probably not use much energy up, keeps blinds closed dim lighting etc.

You can easily when you are depressed. As much sleep as possible.

I used to sleep 18 hours a day, wake for 6. Repeat. If its a question of lack of calories there are other options.
I have a large supply of high cal ensure so i have the calories if when i want them
