Ryan Chang, one of the top agents of the Time Enforcement Commission, is tasked with intercepting time travelers who have the intention of changing the past. Chang’s most recent assignment is to follow Professor Branson, who travels back to the past from the year 2010 to prevent his wife’s murder.

JCVD is nowhere to be found here, and it only has a fraction of the original’s budget, but this direct-to-video sequel actually does the time-traveling cop concept more justice than the first movie did.
