“Needless to say, if the normal police ever pulled something like this—pulling every single person out of an apartment building and handcuffing them to run warrant checks—they would be sued into oblivion,” he observed. “Yet ICE is going to get away with it entirely.”

Can anyone explain why ICE isn’t getting sued into oblivion for their actions? When this stuff started happening I figured there would be huge paydays for at least the full citizens affected.

I think there were attempts, and that’s why the SC ruled that ICE was allowed to sieze people just on the pretext of them having brown skin.

Ok, so that gets around the “reasonable suspension” part to why you can be searched, but all this unlawful detainment and destruction of property, plus who knows what else has got to land. Otherwise (and I know I’m late on this) the US has become a lawless country where you cannot expect your rights to be respected.

Yeah, this is escalating faster than how the Nazis started out.

And it mirrors it in every way.

Before establishing the SA (brownshirts)as a paramilitary wing, it was known as a ‘sports division’ in the party to avoid suspicion.

    Active clubs, anyone?

And people sit idly by waiting for it to blow over.

Meanwhile the billionaire buddies of this 'christo’fascist regime are laying people off, targeting, trans, and vilifying antifa

    Hitler’s SS:

Their victims also included the unemployed, the disabled, homosexuals, religious leaders, and political opponents.

Has trump got his 20,000 new agents yet?

At the beginning of the war, the Gestapo employed about 40,000 men. As the war progressed, however, the number of people working for the Gestapo increased to approximately 150,000 men. Many of the men employed by the Gestapo were former criminals and extremists who were ideal for committing the atrocities the Nazi regime had planned.

It’s easier to remove them now than it will be in a year, or 2, and if you expect another election, it’s too late.
