    It’s not really the department of war any more than it’s the gulf of America.

    Just because Trump want it to be doesn’t mean the rest of the world has to play along with his stupid games.

      It’s a bit different. Gulf of Mexico does not have any letterhead.

      But, DoD has propaganda value in pretending its not the department of Offense. Trump is explicitly saying here that he’s declaring war on Chicago. Instead of pretending to Defend Chicago “for their own good”.
