The US has sensitive nuclear technology at a nuclear power plant inside Ukraine and is warning Russia not to touch it, according to a letter the US Department of Energy sent to Russia's state-owned nuclear energy firm Rosatom last month.
So, not only the U.S has biological labs in the Ukraine, but also nuclear technology inside the biggest nuclear power plant in Europe. I guess now it makes sense why the Ukrainian MOD wasted so many lives trying to recapture it instead of defending Bakhmut.
