Authorities in at least three states have arrested individuals allegedly impersonating Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at a time when real ICE agents have ramped up immigration enforcement efforts under the Trump administration, adding to existing fears of law enforcement among migrant communities.

    So you’ll be charged with resisting arrest and uttering threats. So even if you’re innocent of the initial immigration charges you still get a felony arrest.

      actually, legally speaking you are 100% in the right for defending yourself from kidnappings. any officer is required by law to identify themselves, and seeing as they didnt, thats on them.

      You’re already being kidnapped and potentially sent to an out of country prison with no hearing. There is no downside under these parameters.

      They are sending people straight to off shore black sites. If you wanna go to El Salvador or Guantanamo Bay, be my guest, but i have no plan on being sent anywhere.
