It looks like Threads doesn’t actually do “hashtags”, but they do tags. If you search Threads you can find things previously tagged with “Daredevil Watch Party”.
Also, putting on my Mod hat, we’ll have discussion threads set up for each episode.

Ah I was assuming something like a reaction stream but on threads instead of twitch/youtube etc
