It was an open secret that Trump was always off set when someone was fired on his show. They’d film Donnie and the other person in two different rooms.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like the taco jab, strategically. I like making fun of trump as much as the next guy but we should be making fun of him for the bad shit he does, not when he’s backing out of that dumb shit. Like it or not were stuck with this guy for another 4 years and if we instill it in him that backing down is weak then he’s just gonna become more entrenched in whatever dumb thing he initially commits on.

Yes, but mocking fascists also takes away their power. We shouldn’t mollycoddle his obvious pathologies either. Let him face consequences for his actions is the best course. He’s never really had them up to this point which is a failure of the us judicial system, of the political system and of society and democracy in general.

The issue is that he is an egotistical narcissist that doesn’t care if he does bad shit, he only cares if people make fun of him.

Target him for immigration and DOGE stuff he won’t care and none of it will matter

Target him for something he thinks makes him look weak and you will actually upset him.

And it puts him in a bad spot. He either sticks with his garbage policies and looks incompetent or ditches them and looks weak.
