L’administration Plante testera bientôt les « superblocs », un aménagement urbain qui transforme des secteurs résidentiels en culs-de-sac pour dissuader les automobilistes d’en faire des raccourcis. Et l’idée pourrait faire des petits, au risque de donner des migraines à certains.

      Exactly, makes streets car accessible while banishing thru (read: fast) traffic to the main arteries.

      Bicycles and pedestrians are unaffected.
